My name is Kim and I’m a busy mum, weight loss chef and mentor.
Over the last 6 years I have dedicated myself to helping people improve their lives through education, coaching and mentoring in the field of weight loss and wellness.
Through extensive qualifications and research, I have designed a variety of meals and weight loss programmes that are tailored to your individual needs.
My aim is to help and support you to find a positive, healthy, balanced lifestyle and make any changes necessary that will ensure you thrive physically, emotionally and mentally.
Passionate about cooking, food prep and experimenting with flavours, my goal in the kitchen is to make losing weight taste so good that you will never look back!
I offer personal one-to-one coaching programmes, either face to face or online (telephone coaching.) With full email, text and web support.
Personally I believe a strong, positive body image, self-care and good health is an absolute priority for a happy life.
